They were courteous and most careful to leave the area immaculately clean and tidy. On an earlier assignment, Jake asked his men to do some extra work, not part of the quote, to provide temporary protection against the weather. He wouldn't accept any extra payment for this, but the temporary protection did put my mind at rest. Jake also arranged for the work to be started earlier than estimated, to beat the weather!"
